Teosyal Puresense Ultra Deep is a strong, thick, volumizing filler designed for deep injection to restore volume, reshape facial contours, and correct deep-set wrinkles in areas affected by aging or tissue laxity. With high cohesivity and a strong lifting capacity (High G’), it is ideal for enhancing structure and definition in thick-skinned areas such as the cheeks, cheekbones, chin, jawline, and temples.

Formulated with crosslinked hyaluronic acid (BDDE: 10%), Ultra Deep is injected into the deep dermis or directly on the bone (supra-periosteal plane) to deliver long-lasting volume restoration and contouring. It is particularly effective for mid- and lower-face rejuvenation, including the correction of nasolabial folds and mild tissue ptosis.

For a tailored, multi-layered approach to volumization, Ultra Deep can be combined with RHA 4, which targets dynamic wrinkles and surface refinement in higher dermal planes. The results of Ultra Deep can be supported with Teoxane RHA Serum and Advanced Filler cream to maintain hydration, elasticity, and skin comfort post-treatment.

Technique & protocol:

• Inject slowly into the deep subcutaneous plane or supraperiosteally, based on the target area.
• Recommended injection techniques: supraperiosteal bolus or linear threading
• Use a 25G × 1” needle for supraperiosteal bolus injections
• Use a 25G × 50 mm cannula for linear threading or fanning in deep fat compartments
• After injection, gently massage the area to ensure even gel distribution.

Precautions:

• Avoid injection into the epidermis (the most superficial layer of the skin)
• Do not inject in the periorbital area (eyelids, tear trough, crow’s feet), glabellar region, or lips.
• Side effects may include mild swelling, slight redness, and mild bruising
• Avoid other aesthetic treatments (peels, lasers, ultrasound) for 15 days post-treatment.
• Patients should be advised not to wear make-up during 12 hours following injection
• Patients should avoid sun, UV exposure, and extreme temperatures within the first 24 hours, or until initial swelling and redness has resolved
