Teosyal RHA 4 Lidocaine is the thickest and most volumizing filler in the RHA® range, developed to restore structure and reshape contours in dynamic areas of the face. Technique & protocol severe wrinkles:

• Recommended injection techniques: Bolus, fanning, or linear threading
• Use a thin gauge needle (27G x ½”) or a 25G cannula (TSK recommended)
• Insert at a 15°–30° angle with the needle, or a 30° angle with the cannula, parallel to the wrinkle or fold
• Inject slowly into the deep dermis or superficial subcutaneous
• Gently massage the area after injection to ensure even distribution
• Touch-up may be necessary to obtain an optimal result

Precautions:

• Side effects may include mild swelling, slight redness, and mild bruising
• Avoid other aesthetic treatments (peels, lasers, ultrasound) for 15 days post-treatment.
• Advise patients not to wear makeup for 12 hours following the injection
• Patients should avoid sun, UV exposure, and extreme temperatures (sauna, extreme cold) within the first 24 hours, or until initial swelling and redness has resolved
