Supartz is a viscosupplement injected directly into the knee joint in order to reduce pain, improve mobility and reduce stiffness. It supplements the hyaluronic acid naturally found in the synovial fluid of the healthy knee. Supartz has to be injected by a doctor. Supartz is injected once a week, for 5 weeks.
