Mesoestetic Mesofiller Sensitive Plus 1ml is a cross-linked hyaluronic acid dermal filler (25 mg/ml) specifically developed for the restoration of volume and hydration in the external female genital area, particularly the labia majora. Designed to fill and restore tissue volume, it helps preserve the natural protective function of the labia majora while improving their aesthetic appearance. It is indicated for the treatment and correction of volume loss, vulvar ptosis, tissue deflation, and hypotrophy of the external genital area.

Technique & protocol - labia majora:
- Before injection, thoroughly disinfect the treatment area
- Local anaesthesia may be applied to the treatment area
- Recommended dose: up to 1 ml per labia majora per session. The volume to be injected should be determined by the medical professional based on the condition of the treated area and individual patient needs
- Recommended injection technique: retrograde tracing
- Injection device: 25G 2’’ cannula
- Insert the cannula at an approximate angle of 30°
- Gently massage the area after injection to ensure even distribution
- A touch-up may be required 30 days after the initial session
Precautions:
- Do not inject intravascularly
- Temporary injection-related reactions may occur, such as pain, itching, swelling, or redness, which are usually self-limiting
- Patients should be advised to avoid sexual intercourse for 72 hours post-treatment or until swelling and redness have fully resolved
- Avoid exposure to intense cold and UV radiation after treatment
- Avoid aesthetic procedures (e.g. laser, chemical peel, dermabrasion) until all previous treatment effects have fully resolved
