Technique & protocol - facial wrinkles:
- Disinfect the treatment area thoroughly before injection
- Injection device: 27G x ½’’ needle
- Recommended dosage: The volume per injection point depends on the technique and desired effect. Do not exceed 1 ml per treatment area per session
- Injection technique should be determined by the qualified healthcare professional based on individual patient needs
- Insert the needle at an approximate 30° angle, following the direction of the wrinkle or groove, and inject into the dermis
- Inject while gently retracting the needle to ensure homogeneous distribution of the product
- Gently massage the area after injection to ensure even and smooth distribution
- If needed, a touch-up session may be performed approximately 15 days after the initial treatment
Precautions:
- Do not inject intravascularly
- Not intended for use in the periocular area (e.g. eyelids or eye sockets)
- Bruising or swelling may occur following treatment
- Patients should be advised to avoid makeup for 24 hours post-treatment
- Avoid exposure to direct sunlight, UV lamps, and extreme cold until any swelling or redness has resolved
- Avoid combining with treatments that may cause inflammation (e.g. laser, chemical peels, dermabrasion) until the treated area has fully recovered
