About our warehouse

Our warehouse is located just outside beautiful Copenhagen. The warehouse is GDP certified which means that the warehouse complies with the Good Distribution Practices for pharmaceuticals. GDP is a quality system for warehouses and distribution centers who are dedicated to maintain product safety and quality during distribution of medical products.

Our distribution and logistics team is dedicated to ensure that all products are securely handled and that all incoming products are subject to quality control. Every morning, our warehouse receives new shipments of products from our suppliers. All the products we carry in our stock are genuine and CE marked. The products are coming from the European Community, where they have been manufactured by the brand owner itself or licensed manufacturers. All incoming products are carefully inspected before they are repacked and shipped off to our many customers worldwide.

In our warehouse, we always carry a large stock of products from the most popular brands of dermal fillers among others Juvederm, Restylane, and Princess. Our procurement department works tirelessly to make sure that our warehouse is always stocked with the most popular products at the most competitive prices. Should a product run out of stock, we always make it our top priority to fill up the empty shelf so we again can meet the specific needs of all our customers.

The journey

When an order has been placed online, our warehouse team pick the right products from the shelves and pack them carefully to the customer. In the afternoon, all packages are picked up by a courier company and they will set out on the journey towards the final destinations.

Packages shipped out from our warehouse travel to almost any corner of the world. We ship daily from Monday to Friday to most countries worldwide. In order to deliver packages as fast and safe as possible, most orders placed on directdermasupplies.com are shipped with DHL Express. This express service ensures that packages normally will be delivered within 1-3 business days from the day of dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped, customers are able to follow their package’s journey from it departs from our warehouse until it arrives safely at the desired destination. In rare cases, a package is stopped in customs. In this case, the customer, also known as the importer, is responsible to contact the local customs to get the package released. Luckily, this is rare and almost all packages shipped from our warehouse in Copenhagen travel free of problems to almost any country in the world.

Should our customers feel the need to get in touch before, during, or after placing and order, our online chat is active Monday to Friday from 09:00 a.m. to 16:30 p.m. (CET). Interacting on the chat is a great opportunity for our customers to ask questions and get an immediate answer.
