Silhouette Soft
Silhouette Soft is a non-surgical and minimally invasive facelift treatment designed to redefine facial contour and sagging skin with immediate natural-looking results. The innovative technology enables physicians to reconstruct the facial skin in cases of facial lipoatrophy, or morphological asymmetry as well as to reposition neck tissue for a refreshed and natural appearance.
Silhouette Soft is recommended for men and women who are trying to combat sagging skin or loss of volume without using invasive treatments.
Silhouette Soft are made of resorbable and biocompatible sutures, which will disappear over time. The resorbable single-use device is comprised of Poly L Lactic Acid threads dotted with Glycol-Lactide cones, both made from poly-l-lactic acid, which is the main component of Silhouette Soft. Poly L-lactic acid suture (or PLLA) is a well-known polymer used in many medical and pharmaceutical applications due to its excellent biocompatibility and its biodegradability.
Silhouette Soft offers a unique dual action effect with immediate repositioning of the sagging tissue and stimulation of the body’s natural collagen production.
How does Silhouette Soft work?
Silhouette uses threads under the skin to lift the face to provoke a lifting and anti-aging effect. A special feature of the thread is that it has cone shaped extensions which stick to your skin and therefor have an extremely strong lifting effect. The procedure is non-invasive and leaves you with immediate results.
The major and sole difference of all the different Silhouette Soft 8, 12 or 16 cones is the number of cones located after a certain distance on the thread.
