Desirial
Desirial is an antioxidant cross-linked hyaluronic acid based gel specifically formulated to preserve women’s intimate health. Desirial is available in two gel formulations: Desirial and Desirial Plus. The two gel formulations have different hyaluronic acid concentrations and viscoelastic properties to obtain the most efficient results. Desirial is designed to restore hydration, elasticity, and sensitivity of the vulvo-vaginal area. Desirial Plus is a more elastic gel designed for labia majora remodeling.
Desirial is a gel specifically formulated to preserve women’s health in the vulvo-vaginal area. This gel formulation is a cross-linked hyaluronic acid gel specifically designed for peri-menopausal- and menopausal women and women in the reproductive age.
Preserve women’s intimate health with Desirial
Desirial is designed to restore hydration, elasticity, and sensitivity of the vulvo-vaginal area. During menopause, estrogen levels drop and as a result, women can experience loss of elasticity and vaginal dryness. This degradation of tissue may cause some discomfort or burning, increased sensitivity or chronic irritation and itching. By injecting hyaluronic acid directly into the affected tissue, Desirial can improve the tissue quality and limit vaginal discomfort.
Desirial Plus is a more elastic antioxidant gel formulated for labia majora remodelling. Desirial Plus can also be used in case of atrophy of the labia majora. When women reach a certain age, tissue tend to shrink, especially around the labia majora. This can damage the natural protection of the vulva and lead to localized pain. Hyaluronic acid recreates volume around the labia majora to protect the vulva. Desirial Plus is intended for injection just under the labia majora dermis.
Hyaluronic acid is naturally occurring in the body. Hyaluronic acid can retain up to 1,000 times its weight in water and is therefore ideal to restore the hydration, elasticity, and tone of the concerned tissue.
