Teosyal RHA 1 Lidocaine is a specialized, lightweight dermal filler designed to correct fine, superficial dynamic wrinkles in highly mobile areas of the face, neck, and décolleté. As part of the award-winning RHA® range, RHA 1 is formulated to stretch and adapt to facial movements, ensuring smooth, natural-looking results lasting 9–12 months.

This stabilized skinbooster contains both crosslinked and non-crosslinked hyaluronic acid (15 mg/ml), with a low modification rate of 1.9% BDDE offering excellent flexibility. Thanks to its high stretch properties and soft, malleable texture, RHA 1 is ideal for smoothing fine lines such as perioral wrinkles, often referred to as "barcode lines," and delicate wrinkles on the neck and chest. It is designed for superficial injection, with techniques such as linear threading or superficial cannula use, ensuring precise and even correction.

For a complete skin revitalization approach, RHA 1 can be effectively combined with Redensity 1, providing both wrinkle correction and enhanced skin hydration.

Technique & protocol:

• Teosyal RHA 1 should be injected into the mid dermis
• Recommended injection techniques: linear threading (ideal for necklines) or crosshatching (ideal for barcode lines)
• Use a 30G x ½” needle at a 30° angle
• Inject small boluses of 0.05 ml at low speed
• Gently massage the area after injection to ensure even distribution
• For best results, perform as a course of 3 sessions spaced 4 weeks apart
• A single touch-up session is recommended every 6 months to maintain results

Precautions:

• Possible side effects include mild swelling, slight redness, and mild bruising
• Do not combine with other aesthetic procedures, such as peeling, laser treatments, or ultrasound-based treatments
• Patients should be advised not to wear make-up during 12 hours following injection
• Patients should avoid sun, UV exposure, and extreme temperatures within the first 24 hours, or until initial swelling and redness has resolved
